This process allows for tighter manufacturing tolerances and superior tool life compared to other less expensive CVD diamond coating applications. CVD Ultra-Fine by Microcut results in longer tool life, greatly improved workpiece surface finishes, and improved productivity, resulting in lower tooling costs.
